지난 18일, 본사(발행편집인 오풍균)의 ‘피플TV’, 태국에서 발행되는 ‘월간 마이코리아’는 사단법인 ‘한국청소년 영상예술진흥원(원장 성낙원)’과의 상호 문화예술, 영상산업발전을 위한 업무협약서(MOU)를 한국에 있는 한국청소년 영상예술진흥원에서 상호 서명하고 본사 오풍균 발행인을 (사)한국청소년 영상예술진흥원의 태국지부 위원장으로 임명했다.
이날 서명식에는 미소 시스템의 김 경우 대표와 임직원, 대만에서온 공상건설연구회 강명연 박사 등 내외 관계자 30여명이 참석한 가운데 열렸다.
한편, 본사와 한국청소년 영상예술원과의 MOU의 내용을 보면 다음과 같다.

한국 청소년 영상 예술 진흥원과 태국 정보 커뮤니티 월간 마이 코리아는 한국과 태국의 문화 예술과 영상 산업 발전 및 양 기관의 발전을 위해 다음과 같이 협약을 체결한다
1. 양 기관은 상호 업무의 목적에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 유기적 관계를 통한 협력과 구류를 촉진 발전 시키기로 하고 다음의 활동을 추진 한다.
1) 대한민국 청소년 영화제의 발전을 위해 상호 협력 한다.
2) 태국의 영화 발전을 위해 상호 협력 한다.
3) 양국의 문화 예술 발전을 위해 협력 사업을 추진 한다.
4) 상호 효율적인 업무 추진을 위해 정보를 공유 한다.
2. 전 항의 내용을 구새 학하기 위해 상호 긴밀히 연락하고 협의, 협조 한다.
3. 이 협약서는 2 부를 작성하여 양 기관이 각각 1 부씩 보관 한다.
4. 본 협약은 양 기관의 대표자가 서명 한 날로부터 유효하며 협약 기간은 1 년으로한다.
단, 기간 만료 1 개월 전에 어느 일방으로부터 이의 제기가 없을 경우 자동적으로 1 년씩 연장한다.
Korea Youth Contents Art Association "(hereinafter referred to as"KYCAA ") and"PeopleTV, My korea "(hereinafter referred to as"My korea) sign this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as MOU) for "Korea World Youth Film Festival"and development of film industry
I. In the range of mutual business purpose, both parties agree to promote and develop the cooperation and exchange through close relationship by carrying forward the activities mentioned below :
1) Mutual cooperation for development of “Korea World Youth Film Festival”.
2) Mutual cooperation for "My korea. Youth Cultural Event"and "International Education Business.
3) Promotion of cooperative business for film industry and development of education.
4) Sharing information to forward the mutual business efficiently.
5) Detailed contents will be based on separate agreement.
2. Discuss and cooperate by being in close contact to materialize the contents of preceding clause.
3. The MOU will be two copies and both parties will keep one copy each.
4. This MOU will be effective from the day of both parties 'representative signs and the term of this MOU will be one year. This MOU will be renewed annually unless either"My korea "or KYCAA"make an objection at least one month before the expiration date.
